This rate is inclusive ... accommodation and all meals. i.e. Afternoon Tea on arrival, Dinner, Breakfast, morning tea/coffee and lunch. Currently not available

Deposit
* Bookings will be confirmed and secured upon receipt of your deposit.
* Payment can be made by provision of your Credit Card details, EFT, a cheque or M.O.
* The deposit is equivalent to half the accommodation cost.
* To enable us to maintain a moderate tariff rate we reluctantly charge a 2.5% fee on further credit card transactions when paying the balance.
* Therefore payment of the balance, including any extras & meal charges is preferred in cash at the time of your stay.
Cancellation
*Although the deposit is non refundable, in the event of a cancellation, depending on a minimum of two weeks notice and the circumstances of your request the deposit can happily be transferred to another time.
